Note:

It has been reported that all of the KCS geeps, including 1900-2040 numbers and the 2800 and 2900's, they will be getting an SD70M-2 flared radiator. GP38-2's #s 2020, 2022, 2036 and 2040 are the ones to believed getting worked on so far. 2040 is now out of the shop and paint shop and is first to become the belled GP38-2 in a new body and full belle paint. (A confirmation photo needed.)
